Gold solidus, 21mm, 4.31gm, issued AD 430-440. Constantinople mint.

Obv: DN THEODOSIVS PF AVG, Helmeted head draped and cuirassed facing.

Rev: VOT XXX MVLT XXXX (CONOB in ex.), Constantinopolis enthroned left holding globus cruciger and sceptre, foot on prow, shield at side and star in right field.
