Obv: CONSTANTINVS AVG, Laureate head facing right.

Rev: SARMATIA DEVICTA (SIRM in ex.), Victory advancing holding palm and trophy, captive at feet.

Reverse alludes to Constantine's victories over the Samartians across the Danube in 322.
