Marcus Aurelius Commodus Antoninus
Augustus (AD 180-192)  |  De Imperatoribus Romanis entry

Son of Marcus Aurelius, he was disinterested in ruling and left the government in the hands of unpopular favourites. He was eventually assassinated on the 1st January 193.
