Flavius Jovianus
Augustus (AD 363/364)  |  De Imperatoribus Romanis entry

After the death of Julian, the Roman army met to decide his successor and eventually chose Jovian, the commander of the bodyguard. Jovian reinstated Christianity as the State religion. He died after a reign of less than 12 months
