Flavius Honorius
Augustus (AD 393-423)  |  De Imperatoribus Romanis entry

Son of Theodosius I and younger brother of Arcadius, he was Augustus for the West after his father died. Like his brother he proved a weak ruler and the real power was held by Stilicho, who married first one daughter, and then a second, to the young Emperor. Honorius had a long but ineffective rule before he died of heart failure in AD 423
