Obv: IMP TRAIANO AVG GER DAC PM TRP COS VI PP, Laureate, draped bust facing right.

Rev: SPQR OPTIMO PRINCIPI (VIA TRAIAN in ex.), Female figure of the Via Traiana reclining to left holding wheel and branch.

Scarce.

The Via Traiana was the road built by Trajan to connect Beneventum to Brundisium (extending the Via Appia) in AD 109.
