Obv: DN THEODOSIVS PF AVG, Helmeted, draped and cuirassed bust facing right, holding spear and shield.

Rev: GLORIA ROMANORVM (CONA in ex.), Emperor helmeted and in military attire standing on galley, Victory seated at helm, T in left field.
