Silver antoninianus, 22mm, 4.99gm, issued AD 245. Rome mint.

Obv: IMP M IVL PHILIPPVS AVG, Radiate, draped bust facing right.

Rev: ADVENTVS AVGG, Emperor on horseback holding sceptre and right arm raised.

This type was struck to announce Philip's arrival in Rome from the East, when he distributed his second largess.
