Roman imperial coins that depict a personification of a Roman province on the reverse. Hadrian's Travel series can form a subset of this type of collection, but other emperors also issued coins depicting the personification of certain provinces at times. Trajan Decius issued coins depicting Dacia and Pannonia. Sometimes the personification is of a recently conquered (or reconquered) province such as the Judaea Capta coins issued under Vespasian and Titus or the coins issued under Trajan depicting the conquered Dacia.
