Obv: DN THEODOSIVS PF AVG, Rosette-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right.

Rev: CONCORDIA AVGGG (ANTB in ex.), Constantinopolis, helmeted, head right, seated facing, on throne, holding partly seen spear and globe, right leg bare, right foot on prow, Θ in left field.
